Ways to Help

The Blue Ridge Autism and Achievement Center utilizes volunteers from our community in a variety of ways:
      -volunteers are needed in our library (Library experience preferred)
      -LD students need to practice reading to volunteers
      -volunteers for the preschool department are needed
      -lunch room volunteers are needed
      -volunteers are needed for community outings with our autism population
      -volunteers are needed to do regular building maintenance
      -volunteers are needed to keep our grounds looking nice, specifically our plants, shrubs and flowers

BRAAC can always use supplies and monetary donations. Check out our “Wish List” page!

BRAAC accepts 2 interns per semester. To apply, fill out a job application, which can be found on our applications page and submit. Write “Intern Applicant” at the top of the application and highlight. If a slot is open, you will be contacted to schedule a visit and spend a little time with us!
